If your Roku remote app suddenly stopped working, you’re not alone! A recent Roku update caused an issue that prevents mobile devices from connecting properly. But don’t worry — it’s easy to fix.

Just follow these steps on your Roku TV:

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select System > Advanced System Settings.
  4. Choose Control by mobile apps.
  5. Make sure Network Access is set to Enabled.

Once that’s done, your mobile Roku app should reconnect and work like normal.
